Suraj Estate Arm Acquires Mahim Land Rights

Suraj Estate Developers, through its wholly owned subsidiary Iconic Property Developers, has signed an MoU to acquire development rights for a land parcel in Mahim (West), Mumbai, for Rs 75 crore.
