Enlight Metals to Hire 250 Professionals for Nationwide Expansion

Enlight Metals Pvt Ltd, one of India’s fastest-growing AI-led metal aggregators, has announced a large-scale hiring initiative to support its national expansion and accelerate revenue growth. The company plans to recruit 250 professionals over the next six months as it strengthens its operational, commercial and technology capabilities across key regions. The hiring drive will support the establishment of new regional offices and enhance efficiencies across the company’s expanding dark-store network and data-driven supply-chain systems. The initiative marks one of the most significant growth-focused recruitment efforts in India’s steel and manufacturing ecosystem. “Our goal is to build a strong operational core that can scale with our vision for national growth,” said Vedant Goel, Director, Enlight Metals Pvt Ltd. “This hiring programme reflects our commitment to combining technology, talent and operational excellence to redefine the country’s metal aggregation landscape.” The planned hires will be distributed across core verticals, including operations and dark-store management (80), sales and business development (70), supply chain and logistics (40), technology and data (30), customer success and quality control (15), and finance, HR and compliance (15). As part of its expansion strategy, the company will establish a pan-India presence through four regional hubs—Pune (headquarters and central operations), Mumbai/Navi Mumbai (West), Delhi NCR (North) and Bengaluru (South). Ten dark stores and service centres across major metros, including Chennai and Hyderabad, will further enhance proximity to customers and strengthen operational agility. With projected revenues of Rs 4 billion in FY 2025–26, Rs 12 billion in FY 2026–27 and Rs 20 billion in FY 2027–28, Enlight Metals is positioning itself as a national leader in metal aggregation and AI-enabled supply-chain solutions.
