Haver & Boecker Niagara Names Steven Dery as VP of Sales

ST. CATHARINES, Ontario (Oct. 15, 2025) — Haver & Boecker Niagara has appointed Steven Dery as Vice President of Sales to lead the company’s commercial strategy across North America. Dery will focus on supporting mining and aggregates customers with advanced equipment, technology, and service solutions designed to boost operational efficiency.

The appointment comes as the company experiences 40% growth in new machines, parts, and service orders in North America. To meet this rising demand, staffing levels have also increased by 10%.

Karen Thompson, President of Haver & Boecker Niagara’s operations in North America, the UK, Ireland, and Australia, said, “Steven brings a rare combination of strategic vision and people-first leadership.
