ITCONS E-SOLUTIONS Bags Contract From Uttar Pradesh Revenue Department

ITCONS E-SOLUTIONS Limited has secured a contract from the Board of Revenue, Government of Uttar Pradesh to provide manpower outsourcing services. The award requires deployment of 108 resources for a period of five months beginning on 26 July 2026 and continuing until 28 December 2026 unless extended by mutual agreement. The engagement is described as a domestic contract awarded to the company.

The total consideration for the assignment is Rs 8.13 million (Rs 8.13 mn) inclusive of all taxes and duties. The figure derives from the notified sum of Rs 8,132,756.4 and encompasses fees and applicable levies for the contracted term. Financial recognition of the order will be reflected in the company reporting for the relevant period.

The company stated that neither the promoter nor promoter group has any interest in the awarding entity and that the contract does not constitute a related party transaction. Details of the award were disclosed to the stock exchange under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and are provided in an annexure to the filing. The disclosure follows prescribed compliance procedures and includes the required particulars of the order.

Management described the order as a significant milestone that underlines continued engagement with government agencies and supports the company service portfolio in manpower outsourcing. The contract term and scope are expected to be executed as per the agreed schedule and operational plans. The company requested that the exchange take the information on record and noted that the filing was signed by the company secretary and compliance officer.
