JAKSON Quantum Appoints Ninad Bhise as CEO

JAKSON Quantum, the newly launched data centre vertical of JAKSON, has appointed Ninad Bhise as Chief Executive Officer. He will lead the company’s Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) business in the data centre segment.

Bhise brings more than 25 years of experience in the construction and infrastructure industry, with experience across projects and businesses in Asia, Africa and the Middle East. His expertise includes data centres, project execution and business operations.

Before joining JAKSON Quantum, Bhise held leadership positions at Sterling & Wilson and Voltas, covering business operations, project execution, design and planning. Most recently, he served as Chief Projects Officer at Sterling & Wilson Data Centres, where he handled complex data centre projects.

India retail leasing reaches 2.22 MSF in Q3 2026

India’s retail real estate market recorded gross leasing volume (GLV) of 2.22 million sq ft (MSF) across the top eight cities in Q3 2026, according to Cushman & Wakefield’s Q3 Retail MarketBeat Report.
