J&K Bank Signs MoUs With Two Institutions To Expand Salary Package

J&K Bank has expanded its Corporate Salary Package by signing separate memoranda of understanding with Kamla Hospital, Bishnah, and New Style Fabricators Private Limited, a leading automobile dealership in Jammu. The moves form part of the bank's broader push to broaden institutional relationships across the region. The agreements were concluded in Jammu on Thursday following formal signing ceremonies.

Under the agreements, employees of both organisations will be able to avail the corporate salary package, which provides customised banking products, preferential services and digital banking facilities. The covenant with New Style Fabricators covers 303 employees and is expected to integrate payroll and related services under the package. The documents were executed by the bank's Zonal Head for Jammu, Chandrika Parihar, while Bharat Bhushan signed for Kamla Hospital and Director Sudershan Wazir signed on behalf of New Style Fabricators.

The signing ceremonies were attended by the bank's In-charge Liabilities for the Jammu Division, Nishu Mahajan, alongside senior officials from the bank and the two organisations. Chandrika Parihar said the bank remained committed to strengthening partnerships with reputed institutions by offering customer-focused banking solutions. Nishu Mahajan highlighted that the corporate salary package is designed to meet employees' financial needs through a wide range of customised products and special benefits.

The bank indicated that the two partnerships will further strengthen its corporate outreach and institutional banking portfolio in the territory. Officials said the arrangements will facilitate easier access to digital and preferential services for employees and support the institutions' operational requirements. Officials indicated the accords are intended to improve service delivery and streamline salary processing for participating employees. The agreements are the latest in a series of tie-ups aimed at deepening the bank's engagement with corporate clients.
