Kosol Energie Gives Krystal Integrated Services Rs. 87.5 mn Contract

Krystal Integrated Services has secured a one-year manpower contract from Kosol Energie for the deployment of technical personnel at the latter’s facility in Bavla, Gujarat. The contract is valued at Rs. 87.5 mn annually and will support Kosol Energie’s operational workforce requirements.

Under the mandate, Krystal Integrated Services will deploy 250 technically qualified professionals. The workforce will comprise personnel with Industrial Training Institute, diploma, Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology qualifications, along with relevant industry experience.

The deployed personnel will provide technical workforce support for production management and statutory compliance activities at the facility. The contract expands Krystal Integrated Services’ presence in industrial staffing and workforce solutions, particularly within operational environments requiring specialised technical manpower.

Kosol Energie, part of the Kalthia Group, has developed into a Tier 1 global player in solar power generation. The company provides end-to-end engineering, procurement and construction services across utility-scale, commercial and industrial, residential and agricultural segments.

Sanjay Dighe, chief executive officer and whole-time director of Krystal Integrated Services, said the mandate marked a significant milestone for the company and strengthened its presence in India’s renewable energy sector. He said renewable energy projects operated in complex, high-demand environments where efficient workforce deployment and operational discipline were important for seamless execution.

Dighe added that the engagement would enable Krystal Integrated Services to support the renewable energy sector through structured manpower deployment and professionally managed workforce solutions. The company said the contract reinforced its ability to manage large-scale technical manpower requirements and contribute to efficient and reliable project operations across industrial and energy-related facilities.
