Ksolves to Implement Agentic AI Solution for Guyana Bank

Ksolves India has received an international order worth USD 0.5 mn from Demerara Bank, Guyana, to implement an Agentic AI solution and its underlying technology infrastructure. The company disclosed the order in a filing under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015, dated September 28, 2026.

The project is intended to support Demerara Bank’s digital transformation initiatives and strengthen its existing relationship with Ksolves. The order covers IT services, with the solution expected to form part of the bank’s technology-led strategic initiatives.

The contract is scheduled to be executed within 7 months. Ksolves stated that the consideration is approximately USD 0.5 mn, while the order has been awarded by an international entity based in Guyana, South America.

Demerara Bank is Guyana’s first and only indigenous private-sector bank. Incorporated in January 1992 and commercially launched in November 1994, the bank is headquartered in Georgetown and operates through a network of branches across the country.

The bank provides commercial banking services including savings and term deposits, retail and corporate loans, credit cards, internet and mobile banking, foreign exchange, payroll services and international money transfers. The filing stated that the promoters, promoter group and group companies of Ksolves have no interest in Demerara Bank, and that the order does not fall under related-party transactions.

Ksolves submitted the disclosure to the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE, identifying the company through its NSE symbol KSOLVES, scrip code 543599 and ISIN INE0D6I01023. The filing was signed by Manisha Kide, company secretary and compliance officer, for Ksolves India.
