Lancer Container Lines Posts FY26 Audited Results

Navi Mumbai, May 29, 2026 — The board of Lancer Container Lines Limited approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2026 and confirmed that the statutory auditors issued unmodified opinions. The board also appointed M/s C V Pagariya & Associates as internal auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The meeting commenced at four p.m. and concluded at eight thirty p.m. IST.

The company reported consolidated revenue of Rs 1,388.66 million (mn) for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2026, up from Rs 1,177.18 mn in the corresponding period of the previous year. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation improved to Rs 39.96 mn from a loss of Rs 285.16 mn. Profit before tax rose to Rs 112.43 mn compared with a loss of Rs 363.59 mn a year earlier. Profit after tax stood at Rs 109.05 mn against a loss of Rs 324.42 mn in the prior year and basic and diluted earnings per share were zero point four two compared with negative one point three five.

On a quarter-on-quarter basis, revenue increased from Rs 544.02 mn in the prior quarter to Rs 1,388.66 mn. EBITDA rose to Rs 39.96 mn from Rs 31.78 mn and profit before tax improved from a loss of Rs 72.90 mn to a profit of Rs 112.43 mn. Profit after tax moved from a loss of Rs 74.28 mn to a profit of Rs 109.05 mn. Earnings per share increased to zero point four two from zero point three in the prior quarter.

The company said its business model is asset light, operating a mix of owned and leased containers and serving more than 95 ports and 15 offices in India with subsidiaries abroad covering 36 countries. Services include non vessel operating common carrier, empty container yards, container trading and freight forwarding by sea, air and road. The company said the audited results will be uploaded to the stock exchange and published on the corporate website.
