Lennox India Announces $6 Million Investment

Lennox, a global leader in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) solutions, has announced a $6 million investment to expand its Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Chennai. 

Expansion Details 
The expansion will increase the facility’s footprint to 150,000 square feet, allowing Lennox to scale its workforce from 900 to 1,500 employees. 

State-of-the-Art Facilities 
The expanded GCC will feature modern collaborative workstations, larger Controls & IT labs, a gym, a play area, privacy pods, recharge rooms, a mother care room, and training rooms, all designed to foster innovation, collaboration, and employee well-being. 

Strategic Importance 
Established in 2010, the Chennai GCC has grown into a key strategic hub for Lennox, attracting top talent in IT and engineering. Its scope has expanded beyond technology to include finance, marketing communications, HR, legal, customer experience, and sourcing, further solidifying its role in global operations.
