Management Commentary
Managing Director and CEO Mr Ishank Joshi said the second quarter marked strong operational progress, reinforcing the company’s AI-first vision and outcome-based advertising model. He noted that brands increasingly seek measurable results, and Mobavenue’s AI-led platforms continue to deliver improved reach, sharper targeting and stronger ROI across India and other developing markets.
A key milestone during the quarter was the successful integration of Mobavenue Media as a wholly owned subsidiary, enabling the company to operate as a unified AI-driven adtech, marketing and consumer growth enterprise. This aligns the business under the A³ Framework of Awareness, Activation and Acquisition, expanding cross-selling opportunities and strengthening the product ecosystem.
Mr Joshi highlighted the company’s recognition by Aerospike as one of the ‘Champions of Scale ’25’, a validation of its robust and scalable technology stack. He also acknowledged the strategic guidance of industry expert Ben John, who advises promoter group companies.
Mobavenue is establishing an Artificial Intelligence Centre of Excellence, designed to drive innovation, capability building and next-generation AI solutions. The CoE will focus on integrating agentic frameworks across platforms, enabling clients to adopt real-world AI tools that drive business outcomes.
He noted that market conditions remain favourable, with rising digital ad spend, expanding smartphone penetration and AI becoming central to marketing transformation. With these tailwinds, Mobavenue is positioned to scale rapidly, deepen innovation and deliver stronger global outcomes.
Mr Joshi added that the company remains committed to disciplined innovation, precise execution and long-term value creation for clients, employees and shareholders.
