Prince Pipes and Fittings Limited is one of India’s largest integrated piping solutions providers, incorporated in 1987 and headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The company manufactures polymer piping solutions in four polymers: CPVC, UPVC, HDPE and PPR and reports a network of more than 1,500 distributors across India to enhance customer proximity. PPFL currently operates from nine state-of-the-art manufacturing units located at Haridwar, Athal, Dadra, Kolhapur, Chennai, Jobner, Sangareddy, Begusarai and Bhuj.

The completion of the Bhuj acquisition is intended to strengthen PPFL's strategic diversification into the bathware segment and to accelerate supply chain readiness for the Aquel by Prince range. The company expects the facility to improve manufacturing capacity and support a phased expansion of distribution and product offerings while maintaining operational discipline. Prince Pipes and Fittings Limited (PPFL) has completed the second phase of an asset purchase agreement to acquire a manufacturing facility at Bhuj, Gujarat following receipt of requisite regulatory approvals.
