R Systems Launches GCC Copilot Amid Surge In Demand

R Systems has introduced GCC Copilot, an AI-enabled service designed to help mid-market and large enterprises rapidly build, scale and optimise Global Capability Centres (GCCs). The launch follows a threefold rise in global demand for structured GCC setups and comes alongside the company’s expansion into Mexico and enhancement of its Romania centre to better support customers across North America and Europe.

GCC Copilot is built on R Systems’ two decades of experience in establishing multi-model GCCs for SaaS scale-ups and Fortune 100 organisations worldwide. The proprietary framework combines AI assistance, automation-first operating models and product engineering expertise to accelerate the creation of high-impact, low-risk capability centres aligned to enterprise innovation goals.

The platform enables organisations to achieve early cost-benefit realisation through optimised hiring, lean governance and operational efficiencies. Digital teams are assembled from vetted engineering talent pools with a strong focus on intelligent automation and product-centric delivery, enabling faster time-to-market and up to 30 per cent cost reduction.

Designed for speed, GCC Copilot allows enterprises to operationalise centres within 90 days using structured playbooks across compliance, infrastructure, operations and workforce enablement. Built-in AI frameworks drive productivity from day one by automating operational decision-making, OKR tracking and performance metrics. The service also offers customised blueprints aligned to each organisation’s industry, technology priorities and stage of growth, while integrating with start-up ecosystems and academic institutions to enable scalable innovation.

Nitesh Bansal, MD & CEO of R Systems, said GCC Copilot is aimed at helping enterprises build AI-first, cloud-native and product-centric operations from inception. He noted that the service translates decades of GCC execution expertise into a structured accelerator that simplifies setup complexity and supports future-ready business models.

To meet rising global demand, R Systems has expanded its GCC footprint with a new delivery centre in Mexico and further strengthened its Romania operations. The Mexico facility is expected to serve as a strategic nearshore hub for U.S.-based organisations, allowing extended teams to operate within similar time zones while supporting cost-efficient digital transformation and continuous innovation.

Globally, GCC adoption continues to accelerate. India is projected to host more than 2,400 GCCs by 2030, while Eastern Europe currently accounts for around 1,500 centres across countries including Romania, Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary. Mexico’s business process outsourcing market is expected to reach USD 5.93 billion by 2030, reinforcing its emergence as a key GCC destination.

Pareekh Jain, Founder and CEO of EIIRTrend, said enterprises are increasingly shifting towards GCC models that combine AI, automation and product engineering to drive both efficiency and innovation. He added that structured frameworks such as GCC Copilot help organisations reduce setup risk while accelerating time-to-value.

Bansal emphasised that India and Romania are evolving from delivery hubs into global innovation centres and said the addition of Mexico strengthens R Systems’ multi-time-zone presence, enabling greater agility and round-the-clock innovation support for global customers.
