Sathlokhar Synergys E&C Global Secures Rs 640 Million Orders

Sathlokhar Synergys E&C Global saw its share price rise 2.95 per cent to Rs 433.40 following the announcement of two new orders totalling Rs 640 million (64 crore) from High Glory Footwear India and MWM Spaces.

The first contract, valued at Rs 337 million (33.71 crore), involves mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work for High Glory Footwear India’s SEZ factory located in the SIPCOT Industrial Park, Tamil Nadu. The project is scheduled for completion by March 2026.

The second contract, worth Rs 303 million (30.31 crore), covers civil and pre-engineered building (PEB) works at the Apollo Tyres factory site in Andhra Pradesh for MWM Spaces, with completion also targeted for March 2026.

With these additions, the company’s total order book has increased to Rs 8.6 billion (860 crore), reflecting steady growth in its project portfolio.

Sathlokhar Synergys E&C Global specialises in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services, focusing on buildings and infrastructure development.

In the fiscal year 2024, the company reported a significant surge in performance, with net profit rising 385 per cent to Rs 262 million (26.18 crore) on a 184 per cent increase in net sales, which reached Rs 2.47 billion (247 crore), compared to the previous year.
