Sobha Reports Strong Quarter Four Performance Sales Cross Rs 80 bn

Sobha Limited reported robust results for quarter four of fiscal year 2026, with annual sales crossing Rs 80 bn. The company attributed the performance to strong demand for premium housing and its brand presence in key Indian markets.\n\nOn the financial front, profit after tax for quarter four stood at Rs 920 mn, up 124 per cent quarter on quarter and 104 per cent year on year. Revenue rose by 60 per cent quarter on quarter to Rs 20.30 bn from Rs 12.70 bn in the comparable quarter, representing a 29 per cent year on year increase. Collections for quarter four were Rs 19.90 bn and total collections for fiscal year 2026 reached Rs 77.98 bn.\n\nOperationally, quarterly sales value reached Rs 20.39 bn while average price realisation was Rs 15,268 per sq.ft. The company sold new area of one point three three mn sq.ft in the quarter and launched saleable area of three point three one mn sq.ft. Sales value for the full year rose to Rs 81.35 bn from Rs 62.76 bn in the prior year.\n\nNet debt moved into a net cash position at minus Rs 8,000 mn, producing a net debt to equity ratio of minus zero point one seven. The managing director said the group closed the year on a strong foundation, pointing to improving execution, a disciplined capital structure and a strategic land bank. Management indicated plans for significant launches across cities and stated that focus will be on sustaining the growth trajectory into fiscal year 2027.
