Wadhwa, Arisinfra Tie Up for Panvel Township

The Wadhwa Group has entered into a strategic partnership with ArisUnitern RE Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Unitern), a subsidiary of Arisinfra Solutions Limited, to drive growth at Wadhwa Wise City (WWC), its flagship integrated township in Panvel, Maharashtra.

The alliance will focus on providing solutions to monetise inventory worth approximately Rs 6.5 billion, with plans to release additional inventory valued at Rs 4–4.5 billion.

Structured as an eight-month engagement, the partnership combines Wadhwa Group’s real estate expertise with ARIS’ Developer-as-a-Service (DaaS) platform to create a performance-driven operating model.

Under the partnership, ARIS will act as an embedded operating partner, deploying its DaaS platform as a comprehensive execution layer across the project lifecycle. This includes site readiness, construction progress monitoring, sales velocity, CRM performance, channel partner management and cashflow tracking to improve operational efficiency and project control.

At the core of the engagement is ARIS’ AI and machine learning engine, which analyses real-time project data across functions. The platform identifies early warning signals such as changes in enquiry-to-visit conversions, inventory absorption trends, channel partner activity and buyer sentiment, enabling proactive interventions before risks materialise.

The partnership has been structured as an outcome-driven model, aligning incentives for both parties and ensuring measurable impact on project performance.

“Wadhwa Wise City is a project with huge potential being the largest of its kind in Panvel with the theme of ‘walk to everything’ and has an integrated approach of providing a combination of apartments, plots, bungalows, retail, commercial, school, temple, fire stations and the like. We are honoured to partner with Wadhwa Wise City,” said Srini Gopalan, CEO, Arisinfra Solutions Ltd.

“We were looking for a partner who could see the whole picture, not just one part of it. Unitern's model — integrated execution and outcome driven model — gave us the confidence that this alliance would be different,” said Navin Makhija, Managing Director, The Wadhwa Group.
