Gainwell Group Launches InfraServe Global

Gainwell Group, one of India's leading capital goods conglomerates with eight decades of nation-building credentials, announced the formal launch of InfraServe Global (ISG). ISG now stands as a distinct and fully dedicated entity — purpose-built to serve the rapidly expanding demands of the infrastructure and construction industries both in India and abroad. The company manufactures, services and distributes products like asphalt and concrete batching plants, road maintenance equipment including micro surfacing machines and crack sealers, crushing and screening equipment, hydraulic attachments and other business critical accessories for construction equipment directly and through its dealer network.

The launch of ISG comes at a pivotal moment for the country. India's national highway network has grown 60 per cent in the last decade, now stretching over 1,46,000 km. NHAI's capital expenditure hit a record of over Rs 2,50,000 crore in FY25, up 21 per cent year-on-year. The government has outlined an ambitious plan to build 17,000 km of high-speed expressways by 2033 & the Union Budget 2025-26 earmarked Rs 2,87,333 crore for road transport and highways alone. India is building at 30+ km per day. The machines, plants & solutions to sustain that pace are precisely what ISG brings to the table.

Expressing his excitement on ISG’s launch, Ganesh Iyer, President & CEO, Etnyre International added, “Etnyre congratulates Gainwell Group on the launch of InfraServe Global (ISG), a significant step forward in advanced infrastructure manufacturing. With ISG's data-driven approach and expanding network, we are confident in unlocking substantial market potential across India and are proud to support this journey."

Christabel Chan, Global Business Director, Lintec & Linnhoff Holdings, added "Lintec & Linnhoff warmly congratulates Gainwell on the strategic launch of InfraServe Global, a move that redefines the industry standard for specialised infrastructure solutions. As a core partner in this synergy and our OEM partners in India manufacturing Linnhoff asphalt mixing plants and Eurotec concrete batching plants for the India, Nepal, and Bhutan markets, we are excited by this momentum in expanding localised manufacturing and advancing world-class engineering. Integrating our cutting-edge patented technologies with ISG's data-driven strategy in a rapidly growing dealer network will unlock unprecedented market expansion across India. ISG from the Gainwell family is perfectly positioned to dominate the infrastructure segment in the coming years, and we are very proud to be a part of this ambitious journey towards sustainable growth”.

"The launch of InfraServe Global marks a defining moment — not just for Gainwell Group, but for India's infrastructure machinery ecosystem. We are building something meaningful here: a company that will manufacture world-class equipment on Indian soil, create high-quality jobs, and put India on the global map as an exporter of premium construction machinery. I am deeply grateful to every partner — Lintec & Linnhoff, Etnyre International, Proman, Kinshofer Group, Goodwin — and to every customer who placed their trust in us before ISG even had a name. This is your company as much as ours. As an Indian manufacturer, we are proud to be playing our role in the Make in India story, and we have only just begun”, said Magesh Swaminathan, CEO, InfraServe Global (ISG).

ISG’s manufacturing facility is located in Talegaon industrial area near Pune. With a sprawling facility built over 3 acres of land, housing manufacturing lines of key assemblies the facility is equipped with state-of-the-art tools and tackles to take on the most arduous heavy manufacturing with ease.

ISG operates across four critical infrastructure segments, each anchored by a partnership with a globally recognised original equipment manufacturer (OEM):
  • Asphalt & concrete batching plants: In partnership with Lintec & Linnhoff (Singapore) and Eurotec, ISG manufactures Linnhoff drum-mix asphalt batching plants and Eurotec concrete batching plants in India — for domestic consumption as well as export to markets like Nepal and Bhutan. India's construction boom — driven by real estate, commercial complexes, data centres, and expressways — is creating consistent, large-volume demand for high-output batching solutions.
  • Road maintenance & repair equipment: Under a manufacturing and distribution agreement with Etnyre International —, a 125+ year-old American family-owned OEM and global leader in road construction and maintenance machinery, ISG operates in the road and repair equipment segment. Despite India building one of the world's most extensive highway networks, road maintenance has historically been manual, hazardous, and inefficient. ISG's Etnyre-backed range, including asphalt distributors, crack sealers and micro surfacing pavers, mechanises this critical last mile, improving both quality and worker safety on every stretch.
  • Crushing & screening solutions: Through its dealership agreement with Proman to supply in North and East of India, ISG offers a complete range of turnkey crushing solutions for North & East India. As urbanisation accelerates and construction activity scales up, the appetite for high-grade aggregates is only intensifying.
  • Hydraulic attachments & slurry pumps: Partnering with Kinshofer Group and Goodwin, ISG offers a comprehensive hydraulic attachment range alongside heavy-duty submersible slurry pumps for demanding construction and mining environments.

All ISG’s offerings are developed and manufactured in India. ISG manufactures at its facilities in India, driving technology transfer, local skill development, and the export of engineering goods — reinforcing Gainwell Group's long-standing commitment to building India's industrial capability and offering complete solutions for growth. With a pan-India dealer network of 15+ active dealers, and world-class rebuild and after-sales service capabilities, ISG customers gain access not just to equipment, but to lifetime solutions support — spare parts, trained technicians, and Gainwell's trusted dealer ecosystem.

ISG's customers already include some of India's most recognisable infrastructure contractors and several others whose plants have collectively delivered 100+ Lakh tonnes of asphalt and 30+ Lakh Cubic Meters of concrete using Linnhoff and Eurotec plants, materials which are now parts of Indian Infrastructure. With over 200+ batching plants and 500+ satisfied customers across a diverse product portfolio, ISG has already built a strong foundation — and is well-positioned to lead the next phase of growth.
