Startup Stairs, AITMC and Victory EV Form Alliance

The three partners have announced a collaboration to build a nationwide, franchise-led electric vehicle ecosystem that will focus on charging infrastructure, skills development, manufacturing and entrepreneurship. The framework brings together Startup Stairs' incubation platform, AITMC Ventures Limited's skilling and infrastructure network and Victory Electric Vehicles International Limited's EV technology expertise in a phased and exploratory programme to evaluate large scale deployment and long term scalability. The initiative is designed to pilot models that can be scaled regionally and to test commercial viability before wider roll out.

A key element of the alliance is an assessment of EV focused training centres across approximately 70 Industrial Training Institutes and related facilities to equip young professionals and technicians with practical service, maintenance and charging infrastructure skills. AITMC Ventures intends to align skilling with employment and entrepreneurship by creating structured skill to income pathways that enable youth and innovators to develop ventures in EV charging and allied infrastructure, supporting India's clean energy and Aatmanirbhar Bharat goals. The partners emphasise that skill development will be targeted at creating tangible economic outcomes and sustainable local enterprises.

Manufacturing of EV chargers, batteries and components will take place at AITMC Ventures' Future Tech Park in Sisai, Hisar, with Victory Electric Vehicles International overseeing technical design, production systems and franchise operations. Startup Stairs will contribute to ecosystem development and entrepreneur onboarding while the partners coordinate phased pilot projects and franchise onboarding planned in the coming months. All activities will proceed subject to necessary regulatory approvals and further evaluation of operational and commercial parameters.

The collaboration aims to combine incubation, skilling and technical capabilities to accelerate the growth of a job ready EV workforce and to stimulate entrepreneurship across the value chain. By testing franchise led models and developing training linked to local industry demand, the alliance seeks to reduce barriers to entry for small scale operators and to facilitate the deployment of charging infrastructure at scale. The partners expect the phased approach to inform future investment and to refine standards for training, production and franchise operations.
