Swastika Infra Wins Rs. 6.16 bn MSEDCL Order

Swastika Infra has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company (MSEDCL) for distribution infrastructure and system strengthening works in the Bhandup zone of Maharashtra. The aggregate order value is Rs. 6.16 bn, including taxes.

The project covers the Bhandup region and includes surveying, design, engineering, supply, installation, testing and commissioning. It also includes associated civil and electrical works required for developing and strengthening the electricity distribution infrastructure in the area.

The order has been awarded by a domestic entity and is scheduled to be executed within 24 months from the date of the LOA. The scope covers the complete project cycle, beginning with the survey and design stages and extending through installation, testing and commissioning of the relevant infrastructure.

The company disclosed that neither its promoter, promoter group nor group companies have any interest in MSEDCL, the entity awarding the order. It also confirmed that the contract does not fall within related party transaction provisions.

Swastika Infra made the disclosure under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015. The filing, dated 7 October 2026, stated that the detailed information required under the applicable SEBI regulations and the January 30, 2026 circular was included in an annexure. The company also indicated that the disclosure would be available on its website.
