Trevoc Plans Rs. 8-10 bn Pipeline, Targets Rs. 30-35 bn GDV

Real estate developer TREVOC Group is planning an investment and development pipeline of Rs. 8-10 bn over the next three years, targeting a gross development value (GDV) of Rs. 30-35 bn as it expands beyond Gurugram into emerging markets in Haryana.

The proposed roadmap includes two to three projects, with Sonipat and Panipat being evaluated for integrated townships covering 80-100 acres. The company is targeting early 2027 for the launch of the first phase of its expansion into the Tier-2 markets and plans around 500,000 sq ft of commercial development alongside its residential portfolio.

Capital deployment will take place in phases and will depend on project opportunities and market conditions. TREVOC said its assessment of the two locations was being guided by improving connectivity, infrastructure development and local economic activity, with the Urban Extension Road-II and Kundli-Manesar-Palwal Expressway among the links supporting its evaluation.

The proposed townships are planned to combine residential plots, villas and commercial spaces, enabling the developer to offer multiple property formats within integrated developments. Potential locations will be assessed based on connectivity to major urban centres, physical and social infrastructure, and demand. The company said planning, the mix of spaces and execution would remain central to its approach.

The expansion comes as TREVOC develops its presence in Gurugram’s premium housing market through TREVOC Royal Residences near Golf Course Road. The project comprises a 27-storey tower with 172 residences, a skydeck and a clubhouse. Over the next three years, the company plans to develop nearly 5 mn sq ft of residential space, around 1 mn sq ft of retail and office assets, and 75-100 acres of plotted developments in Tier-2 cities. The locations, launches and investment deployment remain subject to evaluation and market conditions.
