VECV Crosses 1 Lakh CV Sales in FY26

VE Commercial Vehicles has surpassed the 1 lakh annual sales milestone in FY 2025–26, recording its highest-ever production and deliveries. The achievement reflects strong demand across segments and sustained growth in India’s commercial vehicle market.

Light and medium duty trucks accounted for 47,789 units (46.1 per cent), followed by heavy duty trucks at 26,867 units (25.9 per cent), while buses contributed 19,363 units (18.7 per cent). The performance was supported by a diversified portfolio, improved fuel efficiency, high uptime and a strong service network.

The company continues to focus on modernising commercial transportation through sustainable and technology-driven solutions, combining global expertise with local market understanding.

Commenting on the milestone, B. Srinivas said, “Crossing 1,00,000 vehicles annually reflects customer trust and the long-term vision of the Volvo–Eicher partnership. We remain focused on growth through innovation, sustainability and customer engagement.”

VECV operates eight manufacturing facilities in India, including an Industry 4.0-enabled plant in Bhopal and an integrated hub at Pithampur. It is also expanding capabilities with an upcoming AMT plant in Ujjain. Supported by over 1,250 touchpoints and a connected vehicle ecosystem, the company continues to enhance productivity and customer experience.
