NAREDCO NextGen NCR Chapter Launched

The NAREDCO NextGen NCR Chapter was recently launched at Excelerate 2026 in Mumbai, marking a key step towards integrating emerging real estate leaders from the National Capital Region with the national platform. The initiative aims to promote sustainable and responsible urban development through collaboration and knowledge exchange.
The event brought together young developers, entrepreneurs, and professionals from across NCR, including Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Bhiwadi, and Meerut. Discussions focused on urban development, finance, sustainability, innovation, and policy, emphasising alignment with global best practices.
Dr Niranjan Hiranandani, Chairman, NAREDCO, highlighted the importance of empowering young professionals as urbanisation accelerates, while Parveen Jain, President, NAREDCO, noted that structured participation of next-generation leaders will strengthen industry dialogue and future-ready development.
Siddharth Jain has been appointed President of the NCR Chapter, with Nikhil Aggarwal as President Elect. The leadership team also includes Aashi Dua, Mugdha, Shivani Aggarwal, Muskan, and Nakul Bajaj in key roles.
The chapter plans to host leadership summits, panel discussions, and policy interactions, fostering engagement with stakeholders and regulators. It aims to enhance networking, learning, and leadership opportunities while promoting transparency and innovation in the real estate sector.
With NCR being one of India’s largest real estate hubs, the initiative positions young professionals to contribute to sustainable growth, infrastructure development, and long-term investment in the region.
