Naushad Panjwani Appointed Principal Advisor at NCCCL

New Consolidated Construction Company (NCCCL) has appointed Naushad Panjwani as Principal Advisor to its Board, strengthening its leadership as the company prepares for its next phase of growth.
Naushad brings over three decades of experience spanning corporate governance, real estate, finance and strategic expansion. He has served as an Independent Director on multiple boards, chaired Audit and Risk Committees, and worked closely with promoters and leadership teams to scale organisations responsibly, enhance governance standards and drive long-term value creation.
Earlier, he was associated with Knight Frank India, where he played a key role in building institutional relationships with leading developers, investors and corporate clients. He is currently a Visiting Faculty at IIM Mumbai and a published author on real estate laws.
His appointment marks a significant milestone for NCCCL as it aims to strengthen institutional engagement and navigate increasing scale and complexity with enhanced strategic oversight.
