CCI Group Invests Rs 2.27 Billion in Grade-A Gurugram Logistics Park

CCI Group, India’s leading integrated logistics service provider, announces a total investment of Rs 2.27 billion in the development of a Grade-A warehouse facility in Sohan-Silani, Gurugram. Spanning approximately 9.5 lakh square feet, this flagship development is aimed at addressing the growing demand for high-quality industrial and warehousing spaces in the region, while reinforcing CCI Group’s position as a key player in India’s logistics sector.
Haryana’s location along key national trade corridors has positioned it as a critical node in India’s logistics network, and the Sohna-Silani site lies just a few kilometers from some of the country’s most vital expressways. These include the Delhi-Noida-Direct (DND) Flyway, Mumbai-Delhi Expressway, Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway, Western Peripheral Expressway (WPE), and Kundli-Ghaziabad-Palwal (KGP) Expressway. This connectivity enables seamless access to major consumption centers across Delhi NCR, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, and even parts of Western Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. Leveraging its strategic location, CCI Group’s Sohna-Silani logistics park will be serving a diverse range of industries, including e-commerce, retail, FMCG, automotive, manufacturing, and third-party logistics, ensuring faster turnaround times, lower operating costs, and improved last-mile efficiency.
Designed to address the increasing demand for scalable warehousing infrastructure, the Sohna-Silani facility incorporates features such as a clear height of 12 meters, FM2-grade flooring, cross dock multiple loading points, and wide internal RCC roads to support efficient vehicle circulation. Its modular layout and flexible design allow the space to be customized according to the operational needs of varied tenants.
In addition to the core infrastructure, the facility emphasizes sustainability and safety in its design and operations. It is solar-ready and integrates passive ventilation systems, ample natural lighting, energy-efficient LED fixtures, rainwater harvesting, and green landscaping-reflecting CCI Group’s commitment to environmentally responsible development. A dedicated Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) ensures zero water waste, with treated water being repurposed for landscaping and utility needs, including support for fire safety systems. The facility is equipped with robust firefighting infrastructure such as water and foam-based sprinklers and fire hydrants, reinforcing both environmental efficiency and operational safety through a holistic, future-ready approach.
The total project cost encompasses land acquisition, construction, and infrastructure development. The project is expected to generate over 300 direct jobs during the construction phase, along with more than 250 indirect employment opportunities in logistics operations, security, and support services. CCI Group also intends to collaborate with local authorities to introduce skill development initiatives in areas such as sustainable construction, industrial operations, and site management.
Satish Sharma, Executive Director, CCI Group, said, ""The demand for institutional-grade warehousing in India continues to rise, particularly in regions like Haryana that offer strong connectivity and access to consumption centres. Our investment in Sohna-Silani reflects both the current market appetite and our long-term view on infrastructure-led growth in the logistics sector. This facility is designed not only to meet operational requirements today but to adapt to the evolving needs of businesses in the years to come.""
The Sohna-Silani development is a critical milestone in CCI Group’s long-term plan to establish a pan-India network of modern distribution centers, positioning the company as a prominent player in India’s evolving industrial & warehousing real estate landscape.
