Policy and knowledge leadership

A key highlight was the soft launch of the E-Handbook on Warehousing Standards, a joint initiative by the Warehousing Association of India (WAI) and DPIIT, aimed at enhancing industry standardisation and policy alignment.

Across three days, industry experts participated in panels discussing supply chain leadership, ESG integration, warehousing compliance, cybersecurity, and the upcoming National Warehouse Rating Framework. Sessions featured stakeholders from Nestlé, IBM, Infosys, Mankind Pharma, NAFED, JK Cement, Zomato Hyperpure, and others.

Looking ahead: India Cold Chain Show

The India Cold Chain Show, part of the broader IWS portfolio, is set to return to Mumbai in November 2025. It will spotlight cold storage innovation, smart cold logistics, and emerging technologies designed for temperature-controlled supply chains.

The event will bring together industry leaders, solution providers, policymakers, and buyers under one roof to explore trends, address sectoral challenges, and accelerate growth in the cold chain ecosystem.
