This strategic collaboration aims to enhance convenience and efficiency for travellers departing from the Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA) in Delhi.

Travellers flying with Air India can now check in for their international flights at select metro stations in Delhi, thanks to the seamless integration of check-in facilities within the metro network. This innovative initiative eliminates the need for passengers to queue at the airport counters, reducing congestion and minimising wait times.

The collaboration leverages the extensive network of metro stations across Delhi, providing passengers with convenient access to check-in services closer to their departure points. By utilising the DMRC's robust infrastructure, Air India aims to offer passengers a smoother travel experience from the moment they step out of their homes.
