SEPC JV Bags Rs 860 Million Bihta Airport EPC Contract

SEPC Limited has announced that the SEPC–Furlong Joint Venture has secured a Letter of Award worth Rs 860 million for the development of a new civil enclave at Bihta Airport in Patna. The win strengthens the company’s EPC order book and marks a significant addition to its growing aviation and transport infrastructure portfolio.

The project involves comprehensive EPC delivery, including construction of a new integrated terminal building, a utility building with associated structures, an elevated road, electro-mechanical works and installation of airport, IT and security systems. It also includes long-term maintenance and operational support, reflecting an end-to-end development mandate.

SEPC’s Managing Director, Venkataramani Jaiganesh, said the award further reinforces the company’s presence in India’s aviation infrastructure sector and aligns with its strategy of expanding into high-scale, high-complexity EPC domains. He emphasised SEPC’s commitment to delivering technically robust, compliant and operationally sustainable infrastructure with quality and timely execution.

SEPC, formerly Shriram EPC Limited, specialises in turnkey solutions across water and wastewater, roads, industrial infrastructure and mining. It serves a wide spectrum of central and state government clients. In the first half of FY26, the company reported consolidated income of Rs 4.55 billion, EBITDA of Rs 540 million and net profit of Rs 248.5 million, signalling strong financial and operational momentum.
