Afcons Wins EPC Order Worth Rs 3,730 Million

In April 2026 Afcons Infrastructure secured an engineering, procurement and construction order valued at Rs 3,730 million (mn) for civil infrastructure works under its Urban Infrastructure and Metro Business Unit. The contract was awarded for EPC works and tunnelling using a Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM). The award was announced from Mumbai and forms part of the company's order intake for the month. The work covers complex urban tunnelling and associated structures.

The scope includes delivery of engineering design, procurement of key systems and construction execution on an integrated EPC basis. The tunnelling element will use the TBM for mechanised excavation beneath urban corridors.
