Natpac to conduct study on monorail project

National Transportation Planning and Research Centre (Natpac) has been asked to conduct a feasibility study on the proposed monorail project which is to be built in Thiruvananthapuram city. Earlier, a Malaysia-based private contracting company had conducted a slide show on the project at the conference hall adjoining the office of the Chief Minister. Delhi Metro Rail Corporation's preliminary study on the project stated that would connect IT hub Kazhakkottam with the coastal trading centre Balaramapuram towards the south of the capital.
