BSEL quits JV projects at Nagpur and Goa

BSEL Infrastructure Realty Ltd (BSEL) has exited from various JV projects at Nagpur and Goa including PP Shoppers Mall and Hotel Pvt Ltd, SB Shopping Mall and Hotel Pvt Ltd, SB Concept Hotel Malls Pvt Ltd, JP Shopping Mall and Hotel Pvt Ltd, DG Malls Multiplex Pvt Ltd, GP Concept Hotel and Mall Pvt Ltd, Goa Tech Parks Pvt Ltd. All the above projects were allotted to BSEL for commercial, retail, IT and hotel development and the company held 50 per cent stakes in them with Unity Infraprojects Ltd.
