Incor Infra mulls more land buys

Incor Infrastructure, which has two ongoing projects in Hyderabad, is looking to add land parcels of two to five acre for its future projects. Its ongoing projects include a residential project ‘Bonsai Homes' at Tellapur, of which the first phase with 60-80 apartments will be ready by December this year. Its IT office premises at Gachibowli would be ready by the middle of next year. The company is also planning a 250,000 sq ft mall at Kavuri Hills for next month and plans to set up 3-4 schools in districts in 2012. Contact: Incor Infra.
