Mahindra Logistics Leases 4,75,000 Sq Ft Warehouse in West Bengal

Mahindra Logistics Limited (MLL) has leased a 4,75,000 sq ft warehouse in West Bengal for a tenure of 9.9 years, at a total rental value exceeding Rs 1.35 billion. The warehouse, located in Howrah district, is part of the company’s strategic expansion to strengthen its logistics and supply chain footprint in eastern India.

The agreement, signed with RDR Logistics, includes an annual rent escalation clause and covers a built-to-suit facility designed for multi-client operations. The property is expected to support warehousing, distribution, and last-mile connectivity for Mahindra Logistics’ key clients across sectors such as e-commerce, automotive, and consumer goods.

The move aligns with MLL’s broader strategy to enhance Grade-A warehousing capacity and expand its pan-India network to over 25 million sq ft by FY26.
