LANXESS Retains CDP Climate A List, Earns EcoVadis Gold

LANXESS has recently been recognised once again among global sustainability leaders, securing a place on the CDP Climate A List for the seventh consecutive year. With an ‘A’ rating, the company ranks among the top four per cent of more than 22,100 companies assessed worldwide for climate performance.

CDP awarded high scores to LANXESS across key areas including business strategy, emissions reduction, climate-friendly products, governance and value chain engagement. The company also received an A- rating for water management, reflecting strong performance in responsible water stewardship.

Further reinforcing its sustainability credentials, EcoVadis reaffirmed LANXESS’s Gold status in December 2025. The company scored 83 out of 100 points, placing it among the top two per cent of organisations evaluated globally for supply-chain sustainability.

LANXESS has been reporting to CDP since 2012 and continues to strengthen its environmental, social and governance practices in line with international benchmarks, supporting customers and partners in achieving their own sustainability objectives.
