The Corporate Vice Chairman of Bengaluru-based RMZ Corp is driving the company´s mega deal of buying Essar Group´s Equinox Business Park in Mumbai for about Rs 2,400 crore. Being one of the biggest deals in office space, Menda is confident that with this acquisition, the company will extend its core businesses into the growing markets with a world-class development opportunity in Mumbai´s major regeneration zones. Indeed, the Business Park is located at the prime Bandra-Kurla Complex in the city. This, in fact, is the latest in a series of large office space buyouts by the company itself, which enjoys a portfolio of rent-yielding commercial assets in India. Google to Build Rs 10,000 Cr Data Centre in Visakhapatnam

In a major boost to India’s digital infrastructure, Google will establish a 1-GW hyperscale data centre and Artificial Intelligence (AI) hub in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The project, valued at Rs 100 billion, is expected to significantly contribute to the state’s economy and create more than 20,000 direct and indirect employment opportunities.
