ACC begins production in Wadi unit

ACC has stablised and commenced commercial production at the world's largest cement plant at Wadi in Karnataka. The company recently completed this challenging integrated cement project comprising an expanded clinkering line of around 12,500 tonne per day at Wadi, along with two satellite cement grinding plants that will manufacture Portland slag cement and the flyash based Portland Pozzolana Cement. As the world's largest kiln line, the commissioning of ACC's Wadi unit is amongst the most notable achievements of engineering excellence in the global cement industry.
