A flavour of luxury in comfort

As on enters into the building, they are greeted by a fluted door with a twig impression in a handle as a gesture for the visitor leading upto the capsule concierge desk in fluted marble strips, twin lounge chairs and a hanging chandelier that make a backdrop to the reception.

Cabins in this Office Luxuria exude a luxurious charm and comfort. With wall displays, pastel lunge furniture and tasteful light fixture, they are elegant spaces for entertaining probable buyers or having meetings. Curated in warm tones balanced with some colour pops, artworks and modern decor the environment of these luxury cabins is inviting and soothing.

Colour palette and accessories

The designers of this space carefully chosen a palette that would work and represent both functionalities to be performed in this space, i.e., being a sales office and later converting to a clubhouse for the community. The use of muted shades, beiges and brown make it versatile to play with textures and allows addition of colour through furniture and décor.

The cabin lounges have a play on metallic accents, monochromatic artwork and pastel shades of furniture that add a pop of colour to the space. Modern light fixtures and wall displays make it the space of today.

The choice of furniture throughout this space is comfortable. The upholstery has strong graphics and pastel shades that compliment the muted tones of the floor and walls to create a perfect lounge environment.

Biophilic setup with attention to wellness

The waiting lounge of the Office Luxuria is integrated with a green wall running its entire length. The green wall impression into the design creates a sense of wellness for the visitors. The rectilinear ceiling of various scale and sizes imitates skylight impression. The intent to bring nature close to the inhabitants.

Biophilic design, considered to be the future of design, is integrated with use of greens with the furniture pieces to heighten the wellness experience.
