Coal Ministry Says Tara Auction Reports Are Misleading

The Ministry of Coal has said reports concerning the revised auction of the Tara Coal Block are misleading and factually incomplete. It said the reports did not account for developments after 2023 that eventually resulted in the auction of the Tara (Revised) Coal Block in 2026.
