BIS developing standard on paraffinic green diesel

These three nations collectively account for 85 percent of global ethanol production and 81 percent of consumption. In 2022, the global ethanol market was valued at USD 99 billion, and it is projected to exhibit a compound annual growth rate of 5 percent by 2032. This growth presents substantial opportunities for Indian industries, contributing to the income of farmers, job creation, and the overall development of the Indian ecosystem, according to BIS.
