INOXAP signs 15-year deal with INA Solar

INOX Air Products has entered into a 15-year agreement with Insolation Green Energy, a wholly owned subsidiary of Insolation Energy, to supply ultra-high purity nitrogen to its 4.5 GW solar cell manufacturing facility at Narmadapuram in Madhya Pradesh.

Under the agreement, INOXAP will supply nitrogen at 2,400 Nm3/hr through a direct pipeline to the upcoming facility. The company will invest in and develop a dedicated pipeline network from its existing air separation unit in Narmadapuram to ensure reliable supply.

The ultra-high purity nitrogen will support advanced manufacturing processes at the solar cell plant. The direct pipeline supply is expected to provide a consistent flow of high-purity gas, which is critical for maintaining quality standards in solar panel production.

INOXAP said the partnership reflects its focus on supporting India’s renewable energy manufacturing ecosystem. The company aims to use its existing capabilities in Narmadapuram while investing in critical pipeline infrastructure for the solar manufacturing sector.

INA Solar said dependable access to high-quality inputs and infrastructure will be important as it expands its solar manufacturing operations. The partnership is expected to strengthen India’s clean energy value chain and support self-reliance in renewable energy production.

The collaboration also reinforces INOXAP’s role in supplying critical gases to emerging sectors such as solar energy, semiconductors and electronics. With multiple partnerships in the solar sector, the company continues to support India’s advanced manufacturing and clean energy ambitions.
