Krystal Integrated Services, a provider of integrated facility management solutions, has secured a manpower contract from Kosol Energie for deploying technical personnel at the latter’s facility in Bavla, Gujarat. The one-year agreement is valued at Rs. 87.5 mn annually and is intended to support Kosol Energie’s operational workforce requirements.

Under the contract, Krystal will deploy 250 technically qualified professionals with ITI, Diploma, BE or B.Tech qualifications and relevant industry experience. The personnel will provide technical workforce support for production management and statutory compliance at the facility, covering the operational requirements specified under the agreement.

Kosol Energie, part of the Kalthia Group, has developed into a Tier-1 global player in solar power generation. The company provides end-to-end engineering, procurement and construction services across utility-scale, commercial and industrial, residential and agricultural segments.

Krystal Integrated Services chief executive officer and whole-time director Sanjay Dighe said the contract represented a significant milestone for the company and strengthened its presence in India’s renewable energy sector. He said renewable energy projects operated in complex, high-demand environments where efficient workforce deployment and operational discipline were important for seamless execution.

Dighe added that the engagement would enable Krystal to support the sector through structured manpower deployment and professionally managed workforce solutions. The company said the mandate reinforced its ability to manage technical manpower requirements across diverse operational environments while supporting reliable project operations.
