The Power Purchase Agreement will remain in force for 25 years, providing long-term revenue visibility for the developer and certainty for off-takers. The entire capacity must be made ready for supply within 24 months from the effective date of the agreement and the Scheduled Commencement of Supply Date will mark the start of commercial generation. NLC India confirmed that the transaction complies with Securities and Exchange Board of India disclosure requirements and that its promoters and group entities have no interest in SECI.
