Group Satellite has launched its housing initiative Aarambh in Malad East. It comprises 1,200 apartments, of which 1,000 are 247 sq ft one-BHK units. Another 200 units are for project affected tenants being built free of cost. The project comes with special amenities like a spacious banquet hall, state-of-the-art gym, an indoor game room and a play area, among other elements.
