Kochra Realty has taken over a Rs.7 billion stalled residential project in Mumbai’s Dahisar suburb, which was being developed by Ashapura Housing. It plans to revive the project and will deliver 384 apartments by the year-end with remaining units to be done by 2025. It took over the debt and acquired the project with a total five towers from the earlier developer. As per estimates, the project needs a total investment of around Rs.2.15 billion for its completion. Apartment loading rises to 40 per cent in top cities

Driven by rising demand for premium amenities, the average apartment loading across India’s top seven cities has reached 40 per cent in Q1 2025, up from 31 per cent in 2019, according to ANAROCK Research.
