COMMERCIAL CHIEF

Manoj Menda is doing some serious commercial talk. The Corporate Vice Chairman of Bengaluru-based RMZ Corp is driving the company´s mega deal of buying Essar Group´s Equinox Business Park in Mumbai for about Rs 2,400 crore. Being one of the biggest deals in office space, Menda is confident that with this acquisition, the company will extend its core businesses into the growing markets with a world-class development opportunity in Mumbai´s major regeneration zones. Indeed, the Business Park is located at the prime Bandra-Kurla Complex in the city. This, in fact, is the latest in a series of large office space buyouts by the company itself, which enjoys a portfolio of rent-yielding commercial assets in India. Under Menda´s leadership, RMZ Corp has seen a significant expansion of its holdings, products and services, and a dramatic increase in its capital base. And, he continues to add to the list!
