ACE Unveils Tech-Driven Equipment Line-Up at EXCON 2025

ACE – Action Construction Equipment has recently unveiled an extensive portfolio of next-generation, technology-driven construction and material handling equipment at EXCON 2025. The new range reinforces ACE’s focus on indigenous innovation, advanced engineering and user-centric design, aligned with India’s push for self-reliance and global-scale manufacturing.

The future-ready portfolio spans intelligent pick-and-carry cranes, tower cranes, telehandlers, aerial work platforms, tandem rollers and scissor lifts, all designed to deliver higher productivity, enhanced safety and improved operator experience. ACE highlighted that most systems, components and design enhancements have been developed domestically, underscoring its strong Made-in-India commitment.

Among the key launches are the NX 230 and FC 150 pick-and-carry cranes, featuring advanced stability architecture and industry-first clutchless transmission technology, aimed at improving precision and reducing operator fatigue. The company also showcased the FT 6040 flat-top tower crane and its first passenger and material hoist, integrating automation upgrades, advanced sensors and digital monitoring for safer operations on complex job sites.

ACE further expanded its access and compaction offerings with the AP25T articulated truck-mounted platform, the ADD 95 tandem roller and the ASL scissor lift series, all designed for demanding Indian site conditions with a focus on efficiency, ergonomics and sustainability. The AT30 telehandler, with multi-utility attachments, was positioned as a versatile solution to improve productivity and return on investment across construction and industrial applications.

Through this comprehensive line-up, ACE reiterated its commitment to supporting India’s rapidly expanding infrastructure sector while strengthening its position as a leading domestic manufacturer of future-ready construction equipment.
