Goldhofer's latest STEPSTAR now available for construction industry

A new version of the STEPSTAR is now available with a single or couple of sets of wheel recesses and the new MEGA gooseneck. In 2020, Goldhofer launched the STEPSTAR, the latest generation of self-tracking semi low-loaders.

The three to five-shaft provides businesses exceptional details like an effective load securing operation merged with user-friendly control and a solid variety of accessories and high standard quality.

Goldhofer's Sales Director of Europe and North Africa, Robert Steinhauser, told the media there is no change concerning the current and advantages established by STEPSTAR. The MEGA gooseneck and the wheel recess variant make for a more wide variety of applications.

The latest STEPSTAR semi low-loaders repeatedly score with a much low deadweight and the terms of the emerging benefits of much greater payloads.

The use of maintenance periods are long-drawn, premium parts, and the entire cost of purchasing is lower than that of relative trailers. That implies actual profits on overall fleet services.

The STEPSTAR family produces an immense level of protection as well as price effective services. And, this implies even more on the new gooseneck variant with wheel recesses.

The new range of STEPSTAR comes with a preference of one or two sets of wheel recesses. That helps high production machines for movement where supreme height regulations would otherwise be a difficulty.

For a secure loading, the wheel recesses have a low entrance edge and cross ribs. An easy and well-planned recess cover assures quick setup when other cargos move from one place to another. As per the ground clearance, the depth of the wheel recess can also be modified.

The smooth path angle of the folding slopes is ideal for transports with low ground clearance, like crusher plants and screen. When loading and moving, the optional “TraffideckGO” low-wear, anti-slip polymer decking allows a high coefficient of resistance for maximum protection.

The new voluntary MEGA gooseneck is a plus that enables more various loads to be carried by this vehicle than previously, as the height variation among the loading zone and the gooseneck is reduced to a minimum. That allows transportation divided loads, general cargo, and also 40-ft or two 20-ft containers for an entire rig length of 16.5 m. These numerous practical and efficient features of SUPERSTAR makes it exceptionally versatile with a wide variety of purposes.
