Chennai-based real estate company, DRA Homes has purchased 4.38 acres of prime land in Chembarambakkam, located along the Chennai–Bengaluru highway, for Rs 500 million, inclusive of stamp duty. The fully developed project is expected to yield Rs 650 crore in sales potential, according to a release.

The Chennai–Bengaluru highway is swiftly emerging as a key national corridor, attracting growing interest from professionals, businesses, and investors beyond Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.
