PMC Threatens 10X Fine for Unauthorized Road Work before Cycling Event

The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has warned all civic departments and contractors that any unauthorised road digging ahead of the Grand Challenge Cycle Competition will incur a fine ten times the repair cost. The directive comes as the city readies itself to host the national-level cycling event featuring both Indian and international athletes.
