Neoliv to Launch 62-Acre Faridabad Township worth Rs 23,000 Million

Real Estate Company NeoLiv is set to develop a 62 acre township in Faridabad, Haryana, with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 23,000 million, as it seeks to strengthen its presence in the rapidly expanding residential property market.

NeoLiv has been broadening its footprint beyond the National Capital Region (NCR). The firm currently has ongoing projects in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), and Sonipat, Haryana, focusing on residential townships, plots, and villas.

The Faridabad township highlights NeoLiv’s strategy to capitalise on India’s strong housing demand, particularly in NCR suburbs, where urbanisation and affordability are fuelling growth in mid- and high-end residential projects.
