Ajmera Realty Posts Record Rs 14.31 Billion Sales In 9M FY26

Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited reported its strongest-ever sales performance for the first nine months of FY26, supported by robust demand and a successful project launch in Mumbai.

The company achieved record sales of Rs 14.31 billion in 9M FY26, registering growth of 72 per cent year-on-year. Sales volume rose 36 per cent to 5.56 million sq ft, while collections increased 70 per cent to Rs 7.87 billion, reflecting disciplined inventory management and steady execution across the portfolio.

For Q3 FY26, sales value stood at Rs 603 million, up 123 per cent YoY, and collections reached Rs 333 million, marking a 99 per cent increase over Q3 FY25. The strong quarterly performance was driven by the launch of Ajmera Solis in Vikhroli, Mumbai, where Phase 1 saw exceptional customer response with 84 per cent inventory absorbed shortly after launch. Sales area during the quarter rose 59 per cent to 2,62,975 sq ft.

Ajmera Solis offers well-configured 1, 2 and 3 BHK residences with prime connectivity, attracting buyers seeking value and quality backed by the Ajmera brand’s reliability. The success of the project significantly boosted the company’s cash flow visibility.

Commenting on the results, Mr Dhaval Ajmera, Director – Corporate Affairs, said the company’s performance across sales and collections has strengthened its overall growth trajectory. He noted that with Rs 14.31 billion already secured in sales, Ajmera Realty has surpassed its required run-rate and remains confident of exceeding its full-year sales guidance of Rs 16 billion. Backed by strong momentum and improved liquidity, the company plans to accelerate upcoming launches while maintaining faster execution and balance sheet discipline.
